The most senior members of the team are:
Stefano Breschi (1960)
Director and Head of Technical Analysis

Stefano is an Italian national who moved to England  at the age of 15. He qualified as an Engineer and  started his professional life in the Oil Industry. In his late 20s he switched to Finance and started a 25 year career during which he served as Investment Banking Officer for Mitsubishi Finance and Chemical Bank, specializing in Fixed Income debt securities. In the 90s he worked as Broker and Fund Manager at Lemanik SA in Switzerland before becoming Chief Representative for Promos Bank of Italy in Asia. After a 4 year spell in Green Energy as Director of Business Development for Global Water Engineering of Belgium, he returned to the field of Securities trading in 2008. His speciality is analysing, teaching and trading Price Action based Technical Analysis.

Tim Stubbington (1958)
Head of Trading
Before entering the world of finance and trading Tim spent ten years working for the U.K Government at Her Majesty’s Treasury.  He had many roles during that time with a 6 year reign advising Treasury Government Ministers on Parliamentary Procedure and organising briefing for Parliamentary debates on Treasury related topics such as the Annual Budget and Finance Bills.  He spent his final two years as Private Secretary to the Economic Secretary to the Treasury. Tim has 27 years’ experience in Financial Markets.  During this time he has acted as a broker in the Eurobond Markets and set up and managed the Canadian Government Money Market and Bond desk for Tullett Prebon. He has traded Government debt for many years and was the head dollar trader at Tokai Bank which included Principle Market Maker in the U.S debt markets.  Tim analyses all Global Economies and Markets for opportunities to trade in all Major products in Debt, Stocks and Commodities.
Karim Ghaidan (1960)
Investment Director
Karim started in fixed income sales for Tokai Bank London setting up and managing the Middle East client desk. He then became the bank's proprietary equity derivative trader. This was followed by a move to AMRO Bank Hong Kong as head of equity derivative trading before moving to Sun Hung Kai Asset Management where he set up and managed the SHK Asian Warrant Fund. He was also responsible for the fixed income investments of the SHK Provident Fund. He was subsequently employed by Lemanik SA Switzerland as a fund manager before moving to Generale Bank Belgium as head of Global Emerging Markets. Whilst at Generale he set up Grand Generale Asia Ltd. in Hong Kong,  a joint venture between Guangdong Development Bank and Generale Bank where he acted as Chief Investment Officer. He was solely responsible for both the Interselex New Asia and Japan funds with assets in excess of $500mn. He also set up the Belgian Bank Global Fund. Karim recently joined TFF ASIA as Director in charge of investments and head of fundamental research.

Cui He (1983)
Head of China Business
Cui was born and grew up in the Sichuan province of China. After gaining a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and International Trade, Cui started her professional career in a Chinese telecom company (Hytera Communications) in Shenzhen.  She was then selected to join the UK subsidiary in 2006 where she started as a business development executive and quickly progressed to UK chief representative. In 2011, Cui was involved in setting up a UK based sourcing company specialising in sourcing products and services for Chinese and British businesses. She has more recently used her bi-lingual and cross-cultural skills in a number of other projects that involved bridging the gap between UK and Chinese businesses. She is also completing a Masters of Business Administration in her spare time with the Open University in the UK.  At TFF Cui is responsible for the overview and Quality Control of all TFF Chinese Website content,  Customer Support and e-Marketing.
